- All appointment and experience letters.
- Certificate of Council Registration – Nepal as well as Concerned Country, if applicable.
- Curriculum Vitae can be uploaded in the same field as for certificates.
- Citizenship Certificate for Nepalese and Passport/Aadhar Card/Voter ID for Foreigner.
- Original Bank Voucher.
Additional documents required for Associate Professor/Professor
- Post Verification letter at Lecturer level/Associate Professor level whenever applicable.
- Original research articles published in Peer Reviewed Journal.
- For Professor: 2 articles as Principal Author and 2 articles as Principal/Co-Author
- For Associate Professor: 1 article as Principal Author and 1 article as Principal/Co-Author.
- Case study, review articles and thesis published as articles are not acceptable.
- Articles published during study period is also not valid.
- Published articles should be relevant to the subject of specialty. Medical education related articles may be considered. Articles must meet the basic norms of research methodology. Date of research and place of study, ethical clearance must be mentioned in the article. In one journal issue, only one primary author and one co-author article will be acceptable.
- Hard Copy of the journal in which article has been published. (for publication in foreign journal, a PDF file of the journal can be considered.)
- Teaching Experience Certificates.
- Appointment as Lecturer in KU, NAMS, BPKIHS & PAHS is equivalent to Assistant Lecturer/Teaching Assistant of TU [Nepal Medical Council Accreditation Standards for the MBBS program 2017, Regulation for Postgraduate Medical Education (MD/MS programmes) 2017].
- Appointment as Assistant Professor in KU, NAMS, BPKIHS & PAHS is equivalent to Lecturer of TU [Nepal Medical Council Accreditation Standards for the MBBS program 2017, Regulation for Postgraduate Medical Education (MD/MS programmes) 2017].
- For DM/MCh/PhD – 2 years will be counted for experience. But this facility can be taken only once in the post verification. Hard Copy of the journal in which article has been published.

Applicant must deposit the respective application fees within the given time period only (within 14th May 2018) and must mentioned their name in ‘Deposited by:‘ field. Payment made before and after the given time period will not be accepted and the amount once paid will not be refunded. |

To access the online application form, please register with your e-mail address and your password. After registering a copy of your Username and Password will sent to your mail automatically. |

You will then have to login to continue your application Process. Enter the voucher number you have received from the bank on payment of appropriate fund as mentioned above (please make sure the voucher number is legible in order to help you to enter the correct number). |

It is mandatory to fill in all the fields in the application form. Type ‘N/A‘ if the field is not applicable for you. |

The candidate should correctly fill in their full name, the college applied for and upload their photograph as instructed below. If the online application form details are not filled in completely and correctly, your application will be rejected. If the applicant has made a mistake during submission of the online application form, he/she must then pay for a new voucher, fill another online application form and finally submit it. The amount once paid will not be refunded. |

Applicant must upload recent passport sized digital photo with maximum 300 X 350 pixel or minimum 100 X 120 pixel (width by height). Please make sure that the orientation of the uploaded photograph is correct and that the face should occupy more than 70% of the photograph. Please make sure that your documents size preferably not more than ’1 mb’ (Best will be 1024×768 resolution). |
