History of Present Illness..
•Occasionally had bleeding from
nose in small amounts
•No h/o jaundice
•No h/o hematemesis, melena, hemoptysis.
•No h/o blood transfusions in the past.
•No h/o fever, rash
•No h/o high colored urine
•No h/o any joint pains/chest pain
•
