Successful principal candidates whose names have been published under the MBBS, BASLP and B.OPTOM programme at Maharajgunj Campus and B.Sc.Nursing at Nursing Campus, Maharajgunj must personally contact the office of the Campus Chief at the respective campuses and must get enrolled between 9^th to 19^th Marga 2066 (24^th November to 4^th December 2009) at their respective campuses. While doing so they must fill up the admission forms and pay the admission fee as well as other fees as per the rules and regulation of the respective campuses.

The last date and time for enrollment of the principal candidates is 19^th Marga 2066 (4^th December 2009 ) – 4 pm.

There is no provision for admission of principal candidates with late fees. Vacancies arising due to non-enrollment of principal candidates will be filled in serially by the candidates whose names have been published in the serial order as alternate candidates in the waiting list. However, if vacant seats from any particular stream cannot be filled because of non-availability of waiting list candidates from that stream, then waiting list candidates from another stream within that programme can get admitted to fill these vacant seats. Candidates whose names have been published under alternate candidates must personally contact the office of the Campus Chief on 21^st to 23^rd Marga 2066 (6^th to 8^th December 2009) and get information on the latest position of vacancies.

If any candidate's name has been misspelt, she/he should inform the Office of the Campus Chief at the respective Campus at the time of admission.

Classes of all bachelor level programmes will commence from 21^st Marga 2066 (6^th December 2009).

The Entrance Examination Committee reserves the right for correction of inadvertent error in the results, if any.

Note: Nepalese candidates who are qualified in MBBS entrance examination 2066/067 (2009/2010) interested to enroll in the paying category seats (converted from foreign quota) are informed to contact examination control division dean's office IOM with in 19^th Marga 2066 (4^th December 2009). Selection of the candidates will be made on the merit basis. The number of vacant seats and fees will be notified in the further notice.
